Border radius

As part of the Qarry visual identity, we are working with coloured content boxes(fields) that contain information. In line with our brand identity, these boxes do not have hard edges but instead have softened edges that require a border radius. Below, you will find guides that will help you create the perfect radius. We are quite strict about this, as too much rounding can give a childish appearance, while too little can appear overly rigid. Let’s aim for the perfect radius.

Our border radius of 14 pt is based on dimensions of 1080 pixels in height x 1920 pixels in width. When adjusting the radius for different scales, it is important to consider these dimensions. For larger (or smaller) canvases, the radius will no longer be 14 pt, but should remain proportional to the dimensions rather than a fixed point value.
